Sounds like moisture damage.

Has the device been exposed to ANY moisture? Even a little tiny bit?

Sweaty pocket, steamy bathroom, wet hands, wet hair, high humidity environment? Anything like that?

This AM my phone decided to start acting up.

It will allow me to scroll from object to object but I can not click on anything, as well the key board does not seem to work. I have removed the battery with no success. It also seems to go to a black screen until I plug it in to either my computer or the wall charger....please help

I called my phone and the call went through but I cannot not answer it.
