He should be running OS 4.5. Go to Options> Advanced Options> Wireless update. There you go, the update will take about 30 to 45 minutes.
Thanks drb0y....he claims he doesn't have the wireless update on his phone....could that be? I guess I have to drive over there myself to check it out!
Well it could be because I think the older OS doesn't have that option, but I thought 4.3 did. If it doesn't and he doesn't want to download Desktop Manager, you can go to your service provider's store and they should update it for free for you.
