ok i did a battery pull cuz the phone froze up and now when it turns back on it stops at either 76% or 93% of the security check and wont move... what do i do

wipe the handheld and re install your os

it wont connect to the dm cuz the phone wont start i have been trying to get it to start for an hour now constantly pulling the battery to try to get it to work its done this before and after 3 or 4 times it finally went through

now that i finally got it connected it wont let me reload the os, ive done this many times so im not forgettign steps or missing anything my phone is just not agreeing with me right now

are you downloading the os from the tmo website ?

i had a copy from rim but it wasnt working so now im getting it from tmo, this frustrating cuz im not an ***** lol

i had a bunch of different os on my comp for an 8100, 8300, 8310, 8320, and 4.5 for a few devices also so i just deleted all of them in hopes that this will work lol

ok well after screwing with this for over an hour now i think its working its seems to be reloading the os now, i need a cigarette lol ill be back

the only other time it did stuff like this was when i had 4.5 on it, i hope that didnt mess my bb up

i doubt it did as long as you deleted the 4.5 and reinstalled the correct os you should be good to go

i did that a while ago, but that was the only other time ive seen my bb do something like this, shutting down randomly and not restarting and stuff
