Hey I am having major problems and I don't know what to do! Yesterday randomly my blackberries screen went white. I tried putting it in sleep mode and then turning it back on to see if that would work, which it did not. So I took the battery out and then placed it back in, it then turned on as if nothing had happened. An hour or so later my screen went white again, but I will still recieving text messages. So once again I took the battery out, only this time it would not turn back on. When I place the battery in the red LED light goes on but my phone will not power up. Anyone with any ideas! Please Help!
