Help!

I bought a gently used BlackBerry curve 8330 on eBay. I took it to my local Verizon store and they got me up and running except for my email and when i try to add it myself it tells me that an account already exists for the device (the previous owner). How do i reset it so it will accept mine?

Ask the previous owner to sign in to the BIS site and remove their emails associated with the PIN of your device.
