I need help!!!! i was reading some things about clearing the event log. so i did that and now i am not recieve emails at all. I went to att.blackberry.com to send service books but they are unable to send right now.

Doubt it's related to the event log. I clear mine all the time.

Yeah. I don't think event log and your problem are related at all.

That's odd regarding service books not sending.

Try resetting passwords thru set up wizard. Just to kinda kick start something.

I'm assuming you've alredy done a battery pull??

Yeah i did do a battery pull and the service books according to the website have sent....but still nothing on my berry.

That's odd that it says they were sent and nothing on your berry. Give it a few minutes.

Have you recently submerged your device in water? Or perhaps exposed it to hot liquid magma?

I also had to rsend my service books just now, they are not coming thru either, so it might be a RIM issue with the books at the moment, who knows.

BIS/Push email seems to be down for some reason, sit tight before you do anything else to your device.

The event log would have nothing to do with service books, I think they are unrelated, I just dont think the service book part of things is working correctly right now LOL
