    Default Hello ladies. 8330e is not connecting to windows 7 laptop

    I have the latest software and the latest DM.

    Popup says that the device can't be recognized.

    I've rebooted both the Device and My laptop, and used more than 1 cord.

    Ladies? Not sure I want to answer now.

    Try uninstalling everything from the PC, delete the Apploader folder, use Ccleaner, then boot and install everything again.

    Your backups should be stored in "My Documents", unless you redirected them into another folder.
