On a daily basis my curve requires a battery pull to reset the OS to get the head phone jack functioning. If not the call goes to the regular phone speaker. After a reset it does work fine for a while.
Here's the kicker, this is the second phone doing this after having the previous replaced for the same issue. I have tried 3 different headsets to try and remove that from the equation and the problem does seem to be the phone itself.
Anyone know of anything I can try or am I off to Verizon again?
Sometimes my headset jack won't work, but all I do is while I am in the call, hit the menu key and select activate headset and it works.. Not sure why it doesn't automatically work when you plug it in, but mine seems to be hit or miss.
