Ok, so I did everything the site said to do, but when it runs the application, it tells me that my device has the latest upgrade. However, when I look, it's still running v4.2!

What gives? Am I doing something wrong or is my BB being evil?

Ya DID install the v4. OS to your PC first right?

.ake sure you install the latest version you want to your pc. Make sure that's the only version you have on your pc. Make sure before plugging your phone in to do the upgrade, you delete the vendor.xml file

Ok, I didn't save it, I just clicked "Run". Yes, I know, but it was like 1 in the morning, I wasn't really thinking.

How do I fix this? I can't seem to find it in files, and when I try to redownload it, it just opens the Application Loader.
