Hi all, Very new BB owner so please be nice . I did try searching the forum for a way to change the ringer volumes using the hard volume keys on the side instead of having to make/change profiles. It seems the only way to change my volume is to go into profiles and switch to a different one.

Is there an app or other method to use the volume side buttone like most other phones? Even if it just switches to another profile with them it would be better than the way it currently is.
