Ok.Everytime i try and send a pic message(mms),about 5 minutes after it sends it deletes all my recent calls log and all of my text messages.Ive tried to figure it out many times and it continues to do the same thing.Any ideas on the subject? Blackberry curve 8310,at&t

Sounds like your free file is low

Under options, status, what is the free memory

anything under 12,xxx,xxx is considered low memory, which is why your logs and texts are deleting.

The phones softeare automatically deletes things it finds "unimportant" because of lack of memory. Everytime you send mms it saves a copy to the phone, therefore needing more space.

it does it to me alot too.. well it used to but i deleted my games and stuff off the phone and since i upgraded to 4.5 it hasnt done it yet.. so hopefully all will stay well for me lol... try lowering your picture size or quality so your pic files arent so big
