    I'll be going to Europe on a vacation in a few months. My question is will my BB work in Europe? I've got the 8330 with Sprint.

    No it won't. Europe is GSM, your 8330 is CDMA.

    Verizon used to have a program where you could rent a world phone from them. Does Sprint offer something similar?

    Thanks guys for the quick responses. It's not a huge deal that I have my BB, but of course it would be nice. Haha.

    So does that mean that nothing will work? Or just phone calls? Basically no network connections?

    I'm gonna have to check with Sprint and see what options I have.

    Yeah, even data won't work because no CDMA towers to p/u your EvDO data signals.
