Hi,

I am having a problem these days.. my black berry 8310 gets shuts off automatically when i talk to any one for more than 3 min and then i have to plug in the charger to turn it on..for shorter duration (1 min or 2 min) its fine.. please help..

no the baterry was not lower than 10% , it was not full though but it was around 40 to 50%

Your battery is bad. Plug it into a charger and it will be fine while on a call because the charger is supplying extra current.

Buy a new battery and you will be fine.

How old is the battery? Old batteries have a tendency to exihibit behavior like shutdown within a short time before failure. They give you trouble that seems like something else, then really go to toast.

When my battery went out, it was still showing charge up to 100% but was shot.
