    Hey Guys,

So I just got a replacement from Verizon for my Curve 8330. However, now I need to wipe my old curve of all my info (i.e. master reset) before I send it back. The only problem is that my keyboard is completely frozen on my old curve so I can't wipe it the way someone normally would (going to options, etc). So does anyone know how to wipe a blackberry curve with a frozen keyboard. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hook it up to DM and try to see if you can delete it that way?

I believe CrackUtil has the ability to either wipe just the file system, or wipe everything off your BB. You want to use the wipe the filesystem option.

    Hey guys,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I forgot to mention that I own a Mac so neither Desktop Manager nor CrackUtil will work. You guys know of any other programs?
