For some reason my phone won't read my sd card and now it won't format it either. When I put the card in it says a card is inserted that cannot be read please format. But when I format in in options-media card-format, it totally freezes. Any thoughts?

What OS are you running. An earlier OS, a few back, was corrupting memory cards I think. It did it to mine and then the BB froze up within minutes of being reset, battery pull, etc. I wiped it and reloaded OS, etc. and it kept doing it. Then I pulled the memory card and all was well again. Now I am running the newest OS with a 16gb card and all is well again. This can happen if your memory card has gone bad also.
