I have a old blackberry that i had flashed to cricket a couple years ago and i moved out of state and just kept the phone number. I am now trying to change the phone number i called cricket and had them change it in my account and when i hit 611 it still goes to cricket. But when i try to dial somewhere my phone doesn't work . How do i change my number in my phone to the new number i got? Sorry for caps:d

You need to reprogram the phone. dependin who the original carrier 8330 it was you can contact them and see if they would provide you with the MSL code or try ##000000 enter

Yeah the reason is b/c there are two numbers that need to be changed, first you have to put your number in(like above) and then on the same screen you put your number in there is a carrier specific ten digit number that the carrier will tell you to type in below it. Your gonna have to call the carrier.

Is it possible that i can send them a email to find out that code..And what exactly is the code called that i need to get? Is it a phone number or like a account number..
In the ##000000 . What slot does the code go into , in the IMSI_S : slot?

You need the MDN - your 10 digit phone number, and the MSID - a 10 digit number that goes in the IMSI_S slot. You will have to call your provider to get the MSID.
