Hello fellow crackberry heads!! Is there a software or program i can use on my bb curve 8330 that i can download videos/movies in flash format? I see that acrobat has one but are there any others to download?? Im all ears!!

Sorry nope. There isn't any way to get adobe flash content natively on your phone.

yes, your BlackBerry will play video files it can find in internal memory or on any micro-SD card you insert. you have to make sure that you're using supported codecs though and that the quality/resolution/bitrate are not too high for your BlackBerry to handle. there are tutorials on the web on how to convert successfully.
