    Just got my curve through tmobile last night and this morning I was going to lock keyboard and all I got was a white screen with just a little bit of color barely visible on the top of the screen. Please help bb has not been in my possession more then 24hours. Only thing I did with it was backup with DM.

    Unfortunately I did not get it at the store it was sent to me. I'm not sure If I could take it to the store. I know i'm calling tmobile in the morning. Thanks for the reply.

    Pull the battery, try reinstalling the OS, but honestly, I get the feeling none of that will help in anyway, best to call T-Mob and have it replaced.

    and if they try saying you have to send yours back before you receive the new 1 tell them BS and make them send you the new 1, bill it to your account and then when they receive your defective one remove the new charge for the replacement. that way you avoid being with out a BB/ i know this will work cuz ive done it before.

    Thank you all for your help. I did call tmob today and a replacement is on its way as we speak, it should be here on tuesday. I will then send them this messed up one back.
