I've managed to remove the IT policies and firewalls on this device I purchased from someone else following the instructions on this website.
However, after some time has passed, the firewall gets re-enabled. Is this something that is occurring via the Service Books? Do I do it all over again, wiping out the 4.5 install in my Program Files and then doing a wipe again?
Please let me know where to find instructions on how to prevent the firewall from getting re-enabled and locked.
