The package was never delivered even tho the tracking number says it was. Im having major problems with this **** its so FRUSTRATING! SHouldnt something thats insured have to be signed for?! WTF?!

The Curve 8330 is my first BB, and I am so happy with it! It is such a stable phone.

It was a bit of a learning "Curve" (pun intended) at first, but I have learned so much from this site, as everyone here are so extremely helpful

PS- Perhaps you should try calling the post office or something. I know someone who ordered off of Ebay with insurance, and the tracking said it WAS delivered, but she never got it. Turned out that her mail lady signed for it and stole it

thats EXACTLY what happened...already talked to the post office, they said it was delivered but i dont friggin have it! how did she find out the mail lady took it? did she get her money back?

yea he was perfect...i really dont think this is his fault. he shipped it as soon as i paid and has a tracking number and everything. his score on ebay was almost perfect!

That abosolutely sucks, I hope they can get it straightned out for you.
I know that trying to file a claim with the post office is like trying to
talk to a brick wall. Good luck and keep us informed as to what happens.
