After being on the phone with RIM for an hour I got my OWA and BIS working!!! Come to find out it was because I had over 12000 messages in my outlook lol.

no i do use it for work. the 12000 are mostly work emails accumulated over 4 years or so. i usually don't delete them because they are on the work server
