Just upgraded to OS 4.5 and can longer save pictures.
It always says File System Full.
Never had this problem with the original OS 4.2 (?).
Current free space is over 16.5 bytes.
I am not using a media card and I wasn't under the old OS.
Why won't it allow to store pictures any longer.

because you are at the limit, you should get a media card before your bb starts deleting things to save itself

Also check your media memory settings:

Media > memory key > options and then check the media memory


But yes, you should defenintly get a mem card

That should say menu key, not memory key

It is currently set at 5MB.
Can I set it at 12MB or 15MB with only 16.5 bytes of memory left?

You can, but it is not advised.... You can get a 4 gig msd card for 20 bucks or an 8 for 30 if you hit the right store at the right time..... Just pony up the cash and you won't have to worry... Because the phone WILL delete txt and call logs if you go below 12 mb of free memory and trust me, its not fun
