Ok so the other day I had pretty much no internet service running on my Sprint 8330... so to fix it I tried provisioning and running diagnostics... but neither worked... so I took the battery out... when I put it back in, I got one of those "fatal error" media card messages... now I have no more pics, vids, music, or ring tones on my 8330... is there any way to get my stuff back? And how did this happen?

I'm unsure as to how this all happened, but there is a small chance you can successfully restore some of your files on the media card. You will need an application for your PC/Mac to restore files and preferably a USB card reader with a microSD slot. I'm afraid your files are gone for good, though. Backup is the keyword next time!

Have you tried plugging in your USB and then seeing if you can browse to that folder from your PC?
