Experts : Remote Commands to 8330 Needed Badly

My blackberry was stolen and then recovered by someone. That person called me and arranged to meet me and give me my phone, but he didn't show up. The ringer is turned off. I want to remotely turn it on.

Are there remote commands that I can use to turn my ringer on so it rings when I call it?

Any help would be appreciated.
