hey guys and girls of the tech world, im having an issue backing up my Blackberry Curve 8310!

everytime it gets to "Random Pool" as im backing up my bbc, it gets an error and says well... "error backing up database(s)" .....i had this ussue before with my text msgs but that was like a year and half ago...havent had an issue since.....what do i do????

I had the same problem too when I was backing up my bb. What I did was I deleted all cached memory for the program (I did this because some people claim this works) which didn't work, so then I just had to delete the app because backuping my bb is more important than the app, hope this helped, when I did this, the backup worked perfect.
