I must have done something wrong, but I cannot compose email anymore. A closer looks at my address book shows that I have the right contacts, but all have no email address. I went to my Outlook and verified all the contacts to have an email address. Can someone help?

Try syncing with the DM, and see if it adds them back to the contacts in your address book.

Also, if your CB user name is your email address, you may want to contact a moderator to change it to something else.

I am going to have to reload it. My laptop was re-done by my IT after it crashed. However, I messed up somewhere, as the BB was working after I got my laptop back.

This worked. Thanks! I am looking for a moderator to change my ID. But this blog is huge. I went to "contact us", and lists only the website manager email.
