Some say it is Blackberry Protect causing the issue. Others say to revert to a previous version of App World. More info here:

Default Solution to Error 80003

On Os5 phones, go to Options, Advanced Options, TCP/IP. Select APN wich is the first box. Under it next to APN type Internet. Save it and it will work. On OS6 phones, go to options, device, at the bottom Advanced System Settings, go to TCP IP. Select the first box and next to APN type "Internet". Your BlackBerry Id will download. It will ask to restart your device, do so and if you then go it to your App World, My Account, it will prompt you to a blue screen where you need to log in. Tell me if you do not succeed

It is clearly not a software problem. Try that settings again. Delelete your BlackBerry protect. What's your name on BBM?

Default Here is how to fix this error for VODACOM or CELL C

ok, here is how to fix this error.

Step 1. Go to Options
Step 2. Go to Advance Options
Step 3. Go to " Host Routing table"

Make sure you register both the Wi-Fi Connection " Click on Blackeberry icom and " Register Now"
Do the same with your GPRS setting ( GPRS ZA ( 655) [65500130]

Step 4. Go Back to Advance Options
Step 5. Go to TCP/IP
Activate APN Settings Enabled ( block should be ticked)
APN Internet

Step 6. Deselect APN Authentication Enabled ( block should not be ticked)
Step 7. Go Back and save information
It Should work for Vodacom users now but for Cell c user you need to do the nest couple of steps as well.
Step 8. go to Manage Connections.
Step 9. Go to mobile network options.
Step 10. go down to "network Selection mode" and change it to manual.
Step 11. Scan for available networks
Step 12. select Vodacom-SA
Step 13. it will then set the signal so save the changes.
Step 14. Do a battery pull, after that go into App world, answer yes and it should work.

The Host Roating cable I rearly use but yes its always good to refresh the Host Roating cable for that matter too. If the problem still continues, try using another sim with the BlackBerry Internet Service. Sometimes the host roating cable thing is not working
