I upgraded to the curvd and now i can not send ore recieve email. Nothing syncs. I have entered the activation password but still nothing. Please help!
If you upgraded your BlackBerry, your I.T department has to REACTIVATE your BlackBerry on BES. Or, if you're in the office, open Desktop Manager, connect the BlackBerry to your pc, and it should find the server, and connect. During this process it will ask you to move the mouse to accept the 'encryption code'...
Did AT&T set you up on the correct plan? I told AT&T that I needed a plan for the BES and they still put me on a personal plan. Once they corrected the plan, it activated in only a couple of minutes.
