I just got a Hosted Exchange account with eNom (it�s awesome!) n I have setup all BB services within the HEX control panel, however when I go to Options > Advanced Options > Enterprise activation within my BB, the following happens:
�Acquiring service connection��
�Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable�
I�m within the EDGE zone n everything else works just fine, but can�t set up the email. I got the activation password and the email address I created is working fine, but can�t get it working on the BB. Can any one help? Thx.
It sounds like your on the wrong data plan. Your probably on a personal plan(BIS). You need to be on a business(BES) plan. Call your provider and make sure that you are on the correct plan.
