i cant unlock my phone have no idea what happened i really need my phone to operate before 6am est....any suggestions

Why can't you get it unlocked? Forgot the PW?? IF you can't remember you'll have to wipe it and re-install the OS. I hope you've backed up recently.

Type the word Blackberry and then your password

Is there something in your phone you need to get to. If not you can wipe it and it will erase everything. If you have it backed up you should be able to reinstall everything.

Had that happen with my torch. I knew the password but it did not work. What I did was change to input as numbers same letters just change the keyboard to number format and put in my password and it unlocked
