Enhance Gmail Plugin won't install

I had the Enhanced Google Mail plug-in for Blackberry smartphones emailed to me with a link to a site.

but when I click on Launch Email Setup, I get send to "The site cannot be accessed in this manner. Please use the URL or link provided to you by your service provider."


WHAT DO I DO? It's funny because I had Gmail enhance installed one of my previous phones which was the same thing.

I realize you posted this question quite a while ago, but I am currently experiencing the exact same problem, and I'm wondering if you were ever able to solve it.
