I am not receiving my yahoo emails, I have deleted and re added them, resent service books, reactivated , sent numerous emails to myself but nothing.

I tried folder redirection but unable to select anything..


im at a loss...

if your able to help thanks in advance... so frustrating

Does your BIS work? Are you getting emails at all?
Call your carrier?

Called Sprint, they were not helpful and asked for me to do everything already done.

the BIS is working,I get other emails just not the main one.

- re sent service books
- reactivated
- tried to folder redirection but it wont allow me to select a folder
- added then deleted then re added email address in email set up


I am not sure what else to do ?

still no working, all other yahoo email address working except one.....
