Login to you BIs site. the link i gave you. you will see service books on the left hand side. click service books and select resend.

Sometimes though, randomly, the emails can be glitchy, about once a week, I wont get emails to my BB but will to my laptop, so I just wait it out, and eventually they come thru..

Thank you. I am hoping it'll just work itself out. I have never had that happen in the 2 years I've had the phone
