I was talking to a buddy of mine and he said he sets his email to only come during certain hours...

is this possible even though I have an 8330 and he has a tour?

Just change your sound settings so the e-mail doesn't make a noise. I wouldn't want to turn my e-mail off and then when I turn it back on there are 50 of them flying into my inbox at once.

either that or activiate the quiet profile, after checking it to be sure all the notifications are turned off anyway. Then just switch profiles back and forth.
