I am still new to the bberry world and t-mobile, but i would figure that it would be no problem to text, email, im etc while i am on the phone, but havent been able to. Is there like a setting that i need to set, or is my phone just not working... this makes no sense to me sense i was able to do it with my old sprint phone that was like 5 years old. thanks in advance for the help

You can send sms messages while you're on the phone but you can't send/receive any data (emails, pins, etc.)

On the 8320 while connected to wifi you can send/receive data while on the phone.

yeah i figured that but for some reason i havent been able to, i guess next step is to call customer service... :-(
