I have searched the forum for a similar problem, but didn't come up with anything. So I need some help please.

I got a wierd email on my BB yesterday, saying I wouldn't get anymore emails till I went to some site and logged in. I thought it was a hoax email, and I deleted it. It never came through to my Outlook inbox. I did get emails after that, but now today nothing is coming through to my phone!!!

Has anyone had this issue? I certainly appreciate anyone's help

Sound like somrthing VZW would send out, try calling your SP.

yes, I think I will call Verizon.....but I thought it did say something like it was from BB. Thanks for your reply!

I am not on a company BIS, just an individual user so that would make me a BES, right?....does that matter?
