Hi,
I was just handed down a blackberry 8310 from a family member. When I go into Setup Wizard > Email Setup, my only 2 options are "I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server", and "I want to skip email setup."

My question is how do I set up personal email.!

You need to get a BlackBerry Data Plan set up with your phone carrier in order to get Personal Email on the BlackBerry device.

If you are on Sprint (as indicated in your profile), then you cannot use the 8310 which is a GSM device.
