Sorry to ask this I'm sure it's here somewhere but how the HECK do you get your email set up on your BB.
I've done the BIS set up to get an email with @att.blackberry.net. I've set up my web based work email on that site too. I'm just at a loss on how to send and receive email. I can't give or get any. (email that is)....lol
Any luck? Show me some links and I'll do my research. I've exhausted my avenues that I know and I'm fairly computer/BB savy, so I thought......
From the Home Screen, press the menu button. That'll bring up all the applications. Move the track ball till you find "Email Settings." Click the track ball.
In you Applications screen click Menu>Show All. If you still do not see the email setup icon, you can always log into your carrier's BIS site and do it from there.
Well the only email setup it offers under the setup wizard is BES, which I don't have. I've gone to the BIS site and have already added my work's email account and still not getting emails.....
PS the BIS link in the last post is not a good one........

Not the Setup Wizard.. there is an icon labeled Personal Email Set Up that should walk you through the process.
And I just clicked on the AT&T BIS link in that thread and it works fine for me.
Ok latest update:
The night of my org. post, I received new icons on my desktop, the browser and the Personal email setup. I'm still not receiving/sending email from my BB.
I have sent the service books, with no luck. I can send email, well it says it sends but doesn't reach the receiving email account.
I keep getting these emails on one of my email I have setup to forward to my BB: This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
I'm really not stupid. I know how to setup email on smart phones, for other guys in my department, but this one has me stumped. I can surf the internet, just no dice with emailing (sending/receiving)........
