    I've had my BB Curve 8320 for about 6 months now and somehow I've managed to delete my email accounts on it. I've tried to add them during setup but it does not give me the option to add personal options like when I initially set it up. It only gives me the option for setting up thru BES or skipping email set up. Also the email set up icon is gone. I did a master reset thinking that would help. My carrier is Tmobile if that makes a difference.

    Can anyone help?

    Log into your TMO account and then go to Setup Blackberry Internet Email.

    I did that...so should I start getting emails to my BB? Or does it take a while for them to start coming?

    You should have gotten a message on your phone saying it was registered and to expext e-mails within 20 minutes. Ever get it?

    Try resending service books, and registering. Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table, Menu > Register Now.

    Got the email saying my phone was registered but it's not giving me an option to add my personal email addys to the handset. Only BES or to skip the process. I guess I'll call Tmobile tomorrow but they still cant fix the problem I got with the name thats attached to my phone from the previous person that had my #. Thanks for the suggestions...Keep them coming!

    Already did that...Still shows some Ashley chick when I call anyone with caller ID...

    problem fixed...called tmobile and they resent service books to my BB. Sent a lot more than the ones that I got from their website...Everything is golden now! Thanks for the suggestions!!!!
