    Hi. I'm new to BB and this forum so please be patient with me. I have T Mobile and I just set up the account today with Data and a basic 300 minute package. As of 3pm CT I haven't received a conformation message that it is active. My question is...when I go to the set up for email the only option showing is set up an account with a work BB Enterprise Server. Not the set up internet email choice or even the icon they show in the quick guide. I did a hard reset and it's the same. Does my data plan have to be activated first from T Mobile before this option will show up? Thanks for any help.

    You can try to go to options>advanced>Host routing table> menu> register

    If that doesnt work, then you have to wait for TMo, or call them
