Outlook redirects email to some sub folders ... these emails are not showing in the BB subfolders - and are not even coming to the inbox? How can I get these messages to show up?

Have BES server so sync is automatic. I know it is possible as another user at my work can see them in their inbox....doesn't go to the subfolder but at least they show on the BB...can't find the setting that is different.
