Hey everyone!

I am a newbie and just had my crackberry virginity popped.

I am having a problem with the email reconciliation. When I first setup my email accounts to be in sync with my blackberry, I had no problems. No matter where I was at, I would receive all emails from all of my email accounts to my blackberry. However I noticed recently, that I only receive the emails when I am at home and have a WiFi connection.

When I am at work, I do not receive any emails, but apparently once I hit a WiFi area, I will immediately receive my emails.

Could anyone please help?

check for capital EDGE/GPRS - make sure service books are showing and account is valid in mytmobile account or in setup email on device if all OK pull battery with power on

So if I am out somewhere, my phone should show either EDGE/GPRS (all caps)
then I would be able to receive my personal emails on my Blackberry?
