I use Microsoft Outlook for my email for my business email, and when I delete an email on the phone with the option delete from "handheld and mailbox", it still shows up on my Outlook on my computer.
Is there a fix for this? I have the Verizon BB 8330 Curve.
Are you using BES for your work email? If you are, when you press Menu and select Reconcile Now, the messages should be deleted from your PC inbox. Have you tried that? If you don't "Reconcile Now," the messages will still eventually be deleted, but it may be a few minutes.
If you are a BIS user, your results may be different.
