hi,

im using a 8310, on bis with att. lately my pics in the email attachments wont open it says:

application: frozenlock.jpg

it wont give me the option to open the picture, and it keeps saying its an application, not a picture. I did a batt pull, and resent service books and someone else sent me a pic and it still wont open. can anyone help please?

do you have an html email viewer? might want to purchase one in order to view pics in your email.

well no i didnt need it before to view emails, and someone at BBF helped me, it was something i mistakenly unchecked when i downgraded from os 4.5.
