This is my first blackberry so I am really getting use to the menus, so please forgive me if my question is stupid.....

How do I access my EMAIL outbox folder? When I go to folders I see folders for:

Browser Messages
Missed Calls
MMS Inbox
MMS Outbox
Phone Call Logs
SMS Inbox
SMS Outbox
SMS Sim Card Inbox
WAP Push Messages.

There is nothing for email! The only way i can see my outgoing messages from email is if I go into the general options and select no under "hide sent messages" but I don't like that option. Please help.

Pretty sure the only way to do it is to not hide the sent messages - even if you don't like it, sorry.

Agreed! The only way to view sent emails is to unhide sent messages or run a search for a particular person in your inbox!

They are correct, no other way at this moment. BlackBerry is the best mobile email platform, but they still can't seem to figure out some basic things like folders and such.
