    I used the advanced options in profiles to set the notification sounds for my BES corporate email account. After connecting my phone to my computer with BB manager software, my phone no longer sounds for incoming email. All other notifications are working...SMS, MMS and personal email. All profile settings are correct, what else should I check? - Thanks

    pull the battery and put it back in...see what that does for ya...

    Forgot to mention I tried the battery pull twice...and no change.

    just check profiles>advanced>which-ever e-mail amd make sure you have it set up correctly..

    Checked and re-checked. I even reset to another profile (loud) to see if it would make a difference...didn't.
