Try resending your service books from the T-Mobile BIS site (where you set up your email).

If they were working before start with a hard reset (Battery pull while the device is on).

If that fails and you are using BIS, login to your account and resend the service books.

If that fails then Menu>Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Tables>Menu>Update now.

If that fails....*sigh* call the carrier!

Actually, the planned BIS & BES outage is for March 22nd from 2-6am Eastern time.

Today there was a BIS outage affecting the browser.

oh, i got one that said they called RIM and verified an outage for BIS scheduled today for 50% down, starting at 330pm.

probably wasn't "scheduled" till RIM found out about it, lool

Logon here to resend your service books. You should have created an account when you set up the email for your BB.

Grrr. you owe me $2.50....just teasing... Just login to your BIS site either using your email set-up on the phone or via the carrier website if you created a [email protected] you will see a button to Send Service books.
