i cannot get my email set up. i have the 8300 unlocked from cell one and i wanna use it on att. but i tryed to do it from the computer and it says 'your account is not accessible via the html browser. please use your device to access blackberry internet service. i tried to go do it on the phone and i got the same message as i got on the computer. any tips. ive done a battery pull and resent service books and still nothing.
