Upgraded to a new 8330 and I have not been getting my email. I now am getting the email massages to go into my messages folder, but not my email folder. When I try to reply to the emails in the message folder, it does not let me "send", just "save draft".
Go in to "e-mail settings" from your home screen and log in. It will be the user name and password you selected for your blackberry email account I.e. (First initial+last name)@(your carrier).blackberry.net
After you log in you should be able to click on "settings" and then click "send service books" you'll get a confirmation email shortly. If the store programmed the phone for you, that is. If they didn't you will have to click on the "change current phone" link first.
Or you could always call tech support for your carrier and they can send them for you.
