I'm a fairly new bb user. There are alot of things I know how to do already but this one thing I need help with. When I get an email that comes to my bb, the email goes to my messages folder. I want them to go to my email folder too. I have tried combining them and seperating them but they still just go to my messages folder and not both. Besides deleting my email account, then setting it up again, is there anything else I can try? Thanks for all of your help!
I think I may have figured it all out. My email address wasn't activated correctly with the server the first time. I deleted my email address, reset it up again, and I think that may have fixed it. If I have any other issues, I'll post a new topic.
